Developing Complete Executive And Technological Documentation And Other Studies Required For Implementation, Performing Construction Works And Performing Activities And Obtaining Documents Required By Law To Admit The Completed Subject Of The Contract For Use, Including - If Required - Obtaining A Decision On The Use Permit. Ii. Scope Of Construction Works 1. Construction Of A Walking Pier With A Viewing Point Along With Reconstruction Of The Pedestrian And Driving Route And The Walking Route, Construction Of Small Architecture Elements (Benches, Baskets, Pergolas), Beach Terraces, Marina And Reconstruction Of The Power Grid. The Scope Of Works Includes In Particular Preparatory, Demolition, Earthworks, Construction, Road, Bridge, Architectural, Installation, Electrical, Telecommunications, Finishing Works, Equipment Assembly And Tidying Up And Restoring The Area And: ⎯ Reconstruction Of Existing Pedestrian And Driving Routes And The Promenade; ⎯ Construction Of A Walking Bridge With A Staircase And A Viewing Point; ⎯ Construction Of Beach Terraces; ⎯ Construction Of A Marina With A Landing Gangway; ⎯ Installation Of Small Architecture Elements; - Reconstruction Of The Power Grid And Lighting; ⎯ Demolition Works Indicated In The Initial Documentation; - Execution Of Finishing Works And Land Development; ⎯ Preparation Of The Facility And The Area For Use And Preparation Of Final Documentation.2.2.1 The Detailed Scope Of The Order Was Specified In The Annex To The Swz, I.E. 1. Functional And Utility Program With Annexes2. General Technical Specifications2.2.2 The Contractor Ensures:1) Securing The Construction Site And Its Security In Accordance With Applicable Regulations - The Task Is Carried Out During The School Year2) Obtaining All Legally Required Arrangements, Opinions And Requirements, Including Decisions On The Use Of The Facility (If Applicable)2.2.3 The Installation Of Materials Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Guidelines Of The Manufacturer Of The Selected Materials, In Accordance With The Polish Standard. All Materials Must Be Durable And Have Safety Approvals And Certificates.2.2.4 The Planned Purchase Of Materials And Devices Must Always Be Approved By The Ordering Party.2.3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Carefully Check The Amount Of Work Due To The Fact That The Contract For The Works Will Be A Lump Sum Contract. 2.5. All Materials Offered Must Be Free From Physical And Legal Defects, Free From Third Party Rights And Cannot Be The Subject Of Any Proceedings Or Security.
