Tenders Are Invited For Providing Direct Physical Protection Services For The Permanent Facility And Property Of The District Office In Lubin And Monitoring The Facility Via: Cctv System, Protection Against Theft And Devastation

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Direct, Permanent Physical Protection Of The Facility And Property Of The District Office In Lubin Located At Ul. Jana Kilińskiego 12B And Monitoring The Facility Using A Cctv System, Protection Against Theft, Burglary, Devastation Or Destruction. 2. The Facility Will Be Guarded 24 Hours A Day, Every Day Of The Contract Period, And There Will Be One Security Employee On Each Shift. 3. The Condition For Concluding An Agreement With The Contractor For The Protection Of Property And The Operation Of Cctv Is That The Contractor Must Have And Have At Its Disposal An Intervention Group For Direct Physical Protection. The Response Time Of The Intervention Group To A Telephone Call Cannot Be Longer Than 10 Minutes From The Moment Of Receiving The Call. 4. The Service Will Be Performed By Persons In Uniform And With A Certificate Of Entry On The List Of Qualified Physical Security Workers, On All Days Of The Week (Working Days, Days Off, Sundays And Holidays) During The Duration Of The Contract Based On The Protection Plan Of The District Office In Lubin Developed By The Contractor And Approved By The Ordering Party.
