Detailed Scope Of The Subject Matter Of The Order: A) A Brand New Machine With A Year Of Production Approved No Later Than 2025, B) Rated Power Min. 110 Hp, Detailed Technical Parameters Are Specified In Annex 7 (Technical Parameters Of The Offered Machine).2.Additional Requirements: A) Standard Warranty For The Offered Tractor In The Entire Range Must Be At Least 12 Months Or 1000 Mth, B) Extended Warranty For The Offered Tractor For A Minimum Period Of 12 Months Or 1000 Mth, C) The Total Minimum Warranty Period For The Offered Tractor Will Be At Least 36 Months Or 3,000 Mth, D) The Total Maximum Warranty Period For The Offered Tractor Will Be 60 Months Or 5,000 Mth) Service Package For The Operating Time Of The Equipment Min. Up To 1000 Mth (Materials, Labor, Travel) On The Sellers Side, F) Warranty And Post-Warranty Service Provided, G) Delivery Of The Tractor Within 30 Days From The Date Of Signing The Contract, H) Risk And Insurance During Transport Is The Responsibility Of The Contractor, I) The Supplier Will Train The Ordering Partys Operator In The Construction And Operation Of The Tractor In The Delivery Price, J) Confirmation Of The Zero Inspection Must Be Attached To The Delivery, Which Should Be Documented In The Book Vehicle Warranty, Without Additional Fees Paid By The Ordering Party, K) A Brand New Tractor, With A Technical Inspection, Free From Physical And Legal Defects, Third Party Claims, With Complete Documentation Necessary For Registration And Operation Should Meet All Conditions For Admitting Vehicles To Traffic, Required In The Road Traffic Law. The Contractor Will Deliver The Purchased Machine To The Ordering Partys Headquarters, The Delivery Will Be At The Contractors Expense (Address: Plac 500 Lecia 4, 19-330 Stare Juchy). The Ordering Party Will Refuse To Accept The Delivered Machine If It Is Found To Be Of Poor Quality.
