The Subject Of The Order Includes The Successive Non-Cash Delivery Of Liquid Fuels For Motor Vehicles, Work Machines And Devices Operated By The Działdowo Commune Office As Well As Vehicles And Motor Pumps Of The Volunteer Fire Department From The Area Of Działdowo Commune, In Estimated Quantities: A) Diesel Oil, According To Pn-En 590:2022-08 Or Equivalent* - 28,400 Liters B) Unleaded Petrol 95, According To Pn-En 228+A1:2017-06 Or Equivalent* - 7,050 Liters2. Unleaded 95 Gasoline And Diesel Oil Should Meet The Requirements Contained In The Above-Mentioned Polish Norms And Standards In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Climate And Environment Of June 26, 2024 On Quality Requirements For Liquid Fuels (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1018). 3. The Fuel Quantities Mentioned At The Beginning Are Estimates. 4. The Ordering Party Allows For The Collection Of More Or Less Fuel Than The Estimated Amounts. 5. The Ordering Party Will Collect Fuel According To Current Needs, Settling At Unit Prices Applicable At Gas Stations On The Day Of Fuel Collection, Reduced By The Value Of The Discount Given In The Contractors Offer.6. During The Winter Period, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Purchase Fuels With A Reduced Cold Filter Blockage Temperature And With A Reduced Cloud Point, Using The Amount Of The Discount Granted To The Contractor For The Fuels Included In The Contract.
