Tenders Are Invited For Purchase Of Power Generators Under The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of 10 Power Generators With A Power Of Not Less Than 15 Kva And Not More Than 20 Kva For The Purposes Of Implementing The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program. The Material Scope Includes: A) Purchase And Delivery Of Equipment; B) Loading, Transport, Unloading At A Place In The Bieruń Commune Indicated By The Ordering Party, Setting Up, Commissioning, Operation Tests And Tests Under Load, Operating Instructions, Submission Of The Required Documentation.2.The Subject Of The Order, Constituting The Subject Of Delivery Under This Order, Is Included In The Swz And The Following Annexes To The Swz: A) Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz), B) Draft Provisions Of The Contract.3.The Ordering Party Allows The Possibility Of Submitting Partial Offers Under The Subject Order For The Parts Indicated Below: Part No. I - 10 Pieces Of Power Generators With A Power Of Not Less Than 15 Kva And Not More Than 20 Kva;4.The Ordering Party Does Not Limit The Number Of Parts For Which The Contractor May Submit An Offer.5.The Order Is Covered By Financial Support: The Order Is Implemented With Financial Subsidies From The Silesian Voivodeship Office In Katowice Under The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program 2025/2026.6.Pursuant To The Content Of Art. 95 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Informs That It Does Not Impose Any Requirements Regarding The Employment Of The Contractor Or Subcontractor On The Basis Of The Employment Relationship Of Persons Performing Activities In The Scope Of The Execution Of The Contract Consisting In Performing Work In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 277, As Amended). 7. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Possibility Of Submitting A Variant Offer.8.The Ordering Party Does Not Reserve The Obligation For The Contractor To Personally Perform Key Tasks Related To The Subject Order.9.The Ordering Party Did Not Specify In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order The Requirements Related To The Implementation Of The Order Referred To In Art. 96 Section 2 Of The Act.10.The Ordering Party Does Not Envisage Restricting The Possibility Of Applying For The Contract Only To Contractors Referred To In Art. 94 Of The Act.11.The Ordering Party Informs That It Does Not Envisage The Possibility Of Awarding The Contract To The Current Contractor Of Services Referred To In Art. 214 Section 1 Point 8 Of The Act.12.The Ordering Party Does Not Plan To Organize An On-Site Visit For Contractors And Does Not Require The Submission Of An Offer After An On-Site Visit Or Checking The Documents Referred To In Art. 131 Section 2 Of The Act.13.Settlements Between The Ordering Party And Future Contractors Will Be Made In Polish Zlotys. The Ordering Party Does Not Provide For Settlements In Foreign Currencies.14.The Contracting Authority May Invalidate The Public Procurement Proce
