The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of 3 Brand-New Generators With A Power Of 32 Kw Each, Together With The Required Equipment, Accessories And Technical And Operational Documentation, As Well As The Performance Of Activities Indicated In Annex No. 3 To The Swz And Carrying Out The First Start-Up And User Training. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Including Technical Requirements, Parameters And Required Equipment Of The Devices, Is Set Out In Annex No. 3 To The Swz, Which Is An Integral Part Of The Documentation. Procedure.2.The Task Is Carried Out Under A Co-Financing Agreement In The Form Of A Targeted Subsidy For The Implementation Of Own Tasks By Local Government Units Under The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program.3.If Any Proper Names Were Used In The Documentation Regarding The Procedure, They Are Only Examples Of The Configuration Of Products (Aggregates) Desired By The Ordering Party That Meet The Ordering Partys Requirements. The Ordering Party Allows The Delivery Of Equivalent Equipment. By An Equivalent Product, The Ordering Party Understands A Product With Parameters And Quality Standards That Are The Same Or Better Than The Products Indicated (Desired) By The Ordering Party.Pursuant To Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Public Procurement Law If The Documents Describing The Subject Of The Contract Include A Reference To Standards, Technical Assessments, Approvals, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, And Such References Were Not Accompanied By The Expression Or Equivalent - The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described In Each Such Standard, Technical Assessment, Approval, Technical Specification, Technical Reference System. Due To The Above, It Should Be Assumed That Each Standard, Technical Assessment, Approval, Technical Specification, Technical Reference System Appearing In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent. Pursuant To Art. 101 Section 5 Of The Public Procurement Law, A Contractor Who Refers To Solutions Equivalent To Those Described In These Documents Is Obliged To Prove, By Attaching To The Offer, Appropriate Means Of Evidence Referred To In Art. 104-107 Of The Public Procurement Law, That The Proposed Solutions Meet The Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract To An Equivalent Extent. Moreover, If The Contractor Proposes An Equivalent Product In The Offer, The Completed Sopz Must Include The Name Of The Product (Type, Manufacturer, Model) And A Detailed Technical Description Of The Offered Substitute, Including Its Technical Parameters (Type, Size, Value Of The Offered Parameter).
