1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Electricity For The Facilities Of The Słubice Sports And Recreation Center Spółka Z O. O. In Słubice To Electricity Consumption Points, Hereinafter Referred To As Ppe.2.A Detailed Description/Scope Of The Subject Of The Order As Well As The Requirements And Rules For The Implementation Of The Order Are Specified In The Draft Agreement Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz Together With A List Of Electricity Consumption Points (Ppe) Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz.3.The Amount Of Electricity Expected To Be Collected During The Contract Period Is: 444.30 Mwh. The Given Electricity Volume Is An Estimate Based On Current Consumption. The Ordering Party Allows For A Reduction In The Amount Of Purchased Energy In Accordance With Actual Demand, Provided That The Guaranteed Minimum Purchase Amount Is 300 Mwh. Settlements Will Be Made According To The Energy Actually Consumed, On The Terms Specified In The Contract. Reducing Energy Consumption Compared To The Estimated Value, While Maintaining The Guaranteed Minimum Purchase Amount, Will Not Result In Additional Costs For The Ordering Party, Apart From The Settlement Of The Electricity Actually Consumed At The Prices Specified In The Contract. The Ordering Party Is Not Obliged To Present Daily And Hourly Supply Plans Or Submit Commercial Energy Schedules.4.Distribution Services Are Provided On The Basis Of A Separate Agreement Concluded By The Ordering Party With The Relevant Distribution System Operator. For Ppe Located On The Premises Of Enea Operator Sp. Z O. O. Reserve Sales Are Carried Out By The Reserve Seller Appropriate For A Given Ppe, Determined In Accordance With The Applicable Provisions Of The Energy Law.5.The Contractor Undertakes To Perform The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With All The Requirements Of The Ordering Party Indicated In This Tor, Electricity (Its Sale) Should Meet Technical/Quality Standards In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Energy Law - Act Of April 10, 1997 Energy Law (Consolidated Text - Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 43, As Amended) And The Implementing Regulations Issued To This Act.6.Electricity Quality Standards/Requirements Are Described In The Energy Law And In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Climate And Environment Of March 22, 2023 On Detailed Conditions For The Operation Of The Power System (Consolidated Text - Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 919).
