The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase Of A Light Reconnaissance And Rescue Vehicle Of The 4X4 Pickup Type With A Maximum Permissible Weight Of Up To 3,500 Kg For The District Headquarters Of The State Fire Service In Nowy Dwór Gdański.2.A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Specifying The Exact Scope And Quality Requirements Relating To At Least The Main Elements Constituting The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In Annex No. 5 To The Swz. 3. Additional Requirements For The Contractor Regarding The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order: 1) The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide A Quality Guarantee: A) For The Offered Car: A Minimum Period. 24 Months With No Mileage Limit, B) For The Offered Development Along With Equipment, Additional Installations And Lighting: Period Min. 24 Months From The Date Of Handing Over The Entire Subject Of The Order To The Ordering Party.2) The Installation Of The Bodywork, Additional Lighting, Electrical Installation And Equipment Cannot Limit The Warranty Liability For Modified Car Elements.3) During The Warranty Period, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Technical Service At The Authorized Service Center Of The Manufacturer Of The Offered Vehicle Within A Distance Of 100 Km From The Ordering Partys Seat (According To The Route Indicated By Gogle Maps),4) The Deadline For Removing Defects Or Faults Cannot Be Longer Than 14 Working Days From The Date Commencement Of Work Related To The Removal Of Defects Or Defects, 5) Working Days Include Days From Monday To Saturday, Excluding Public Holidays.
