Tenders are invited for Consulting Services for Capacity Building for TRA. The Ministry of Telecommunications and Digital Economy (MTDE) now invites eligible consulting firms and specialized training centers ("Consultants") to indicate their interest in providing the Services. Interested Consultants should provide information demonstrating the required qualifications and relevant experience. The shortlisting criteria are the firms core business and years in business, relevant experience, and technical and managerial capability, demonstrated through the following: The attention of interested Consultants is drawn to Section III, paragraphs 3.14, 3.16 and 3.17 of the World Banks "Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers" dated September 2025 ("Procurement Regulations"), setting forth the World Banks policy on conflict of interest. A Consultant will be selected in accordance with the Consultants Qualifications-based Selection (CQS) method set out in the Procurement Regulations.
