Construction Of The New Road Route Of The Ring Road; Demolition Of Existing Road Infrastructure; Construction Of Roadways, Cycling Infrastructure And Pedestrian Paths; Construction And Adjustment Of Dwa And Rwa Sewerage; Construction Of Temporary Roads For Traffic Diversion; Construction Of Temporary Bicycle Connections; Relocation And Adjustment Of Signaling; Construction Of Green Areas And Appurtenances; Adaptation And Protection Of Utility Infrastructure; Execution Of All Necessary Earthworks, Foundations And Finishing Works; Preparation And Delivery Of As-Built Plans And Delivery Documents. The Assignment Is Further Described In The Chapter On Technical Provisions. This Assignment Entails Obligations With Regard To Earth Moving, Soil Management And The Possible Processing Of Contaminated Soil, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Assignment File And The Applicable Regulations. The Works Will Be Carried Out In An Area That Must Remain Accessible To Motorized Traffic, Cyclists And Emergency Services During Construction. Special Attention Must Be Paid To The Accessibility Of The Surrounding Functions And Coordination With The Utility Companies Involved And Other Stakeholders. The Execution Of The Works Will Be Carried Out In Phases In Accordance With The Phasing Note That Is Attached As An Appendix To The Assignment File. The Contractor Must Coordinate His Work With The Conditions, Phases, Diversions, Partial Deadlines And Traffic Measures Included In This Phasing Memorandum.
