Mixed Maintenance Of The Thermal, Ventilation And Hot Water Systems Of The Municipal Buildings And Buildings Of The Council Of Olot.The Object Of This Contract Is The Provision Of The Maintenance Service For The Thermal Air Conditioning System (Heating And Cooling), Ventilation And Hot Sanitary Water (Acs) Of The Buildings And Municipal Departments Of The Olot Town Hall, With The Aim Of Guaranteeing Their Correct Operation And Optimizing The State Of Conservation And Service Of Each Of The Elements That Make Up The Systems. At The Same Time Ensure Compliance With Current Regulations On Thermal Installations And Their Associated Elements. So That All Possible Expenses, Deployment Costs, Service Implementation, Technical Requirements, Additional Equipment To Be Installed, Improvements, Adaptations, Programming, Re-Configurations And Additional Services Can Be Assessed In Detail, The Bidding Companies Will Be Able To Visit The Centers To Know The Status. This Visit Is Not Mandatory To Participate In The Tender. The Visit Procedure Is Governed By The Technical Specifications.
