Bids Are Invited For Comprehensive Service For Pedagogical Output

The Illustrious Municipality Of Ñiquén Requires Contracting The Comprehensive Service For Pedagogical Outing From The San Gregorio And Tiuquilemu High Schools To Viña Del Mar, Valparaíso And Santiago 2026, Within The Framework Of The Current Agreement With The Punilla Cordillera Local Public Education Service, For The Realization Of A Two-Day And One-Night Pedagogical Outing For Fourth-Year Students Of The San Gregorio And Tiuquilemu High Schools, With The Participation Of Teachers And Municipal Representatives, Totaling 73 Participants, To Be Carried Out On November 11 And 12, 2026, With Educational Visits To Viña Del Mar, Valparaíso And Santiago.The Tender Is Divided Into Three Lines: Line 1: Transportation, Which Includes Transportation Of The Delegation In Two Buses Throughout The Entire Itinerary, Departing From The Liceo San Gregorio And The Liceo Tiuquilemu; Line 2: Accommodation, Which Includes Accommodation In Viña Del Mar, Including Breakfast On November 12 At The Hotel; And Line 3: Food, Which Includes The Departure Snack, Breakfast And Lunch On November 11, Dinner On November 11 In A Restaurant, Lunch On November 12 And Dinner On November 12. The Entrances, Tickets And Arrangements For Visits To The Itinerary Are Not Part Of This Tender. The Benefits Of Each Line Are Detailed In The Technical Bases.All Costs Associated With The Services Of Said Line Will Be The Exclusive Responsibility Of The Successful Bidder Of Each Line, Including Staff Remuneration, Fuel, Tolls, Parking, Food And Accommodation For Drivers And Coordinators, Insurance And Any Other Necessary Expense, Without Additional Charges Being Made To The Municipality, The Educational Establishments Or The Participants.In The Event That A Bus, Hotel, Restaurant Or Any Other Service Cannot Be Executed Due To Failure, Damage Or Any Other Circumstance Attributable To The Successful Bidder Of The Respective Line, The Latter Must Immediately Have A Replacement With Similar Or Superior Characteristics, At No Additional Cost To The Municipality And Prior Approval Of The Technical Unit.
