Prior Information Notice For Public Road Transport Services – Prior Information Notice Relating To The Future Assignment Of The Urban Local Public Transport Service Of The Municipality Of Arzachena – Blue And Smeralda Lines – Pursuant To Art. 7, Paragraph 2, Of Regulation (Ec) No. 1370/2007. The Award Concerns The Urban Local Public Transport Service By Bus In The Municipality Of Arzachena, Organized According To A Gross Cost Service Procurement Model. The Service Is Aimed At Guaranteeing Collective Mobility And The Connection Between The Urban Center Of Arzachena, The Hamlets And The Main Coastal And Tourist Locations In The Municipal Area, Ensuring An Offer Adequate To The Mobility Needs Of The Resident Population, Workers, Students, Tourists And Visitors, Also In Consideration Of The Significant Seasonality Of Demand. The Service Will Be Divided Mainly Into The Following Lines: - Blue Line, Connecting The La Prisgiona Area, The Center Of Arzachena And Cannigione; - Smeralda Line, Connecting The Center Of Arzachena And The Main Towns Of The Coastal Strip, With Particular Reference To The Area Of ​​Porto Cervo, Capriccioli And Monticanaglia. The Planned Production Is Estimated Overall At Approximately 160,007 Vehicle-Km/Year, Of Which Approximately 61,000 Vehicle-Km/Year Referring To The Blue Line And Approximately 99,000 Vehicle-Km/Year Referring To The Emerald Line, With A Differentiated Service Structure Based On The Seasonal Periods And The Mobility Needs Of The Area. Under The Gross Cost Model, The Contractor Will Be Remunerated Through A Contractual Fee Determined At The Outcome Of The Tender Procedure, While The Economic Ownership Of The Tariff Revenues And The Risk Associated With The Trend Of Demand Will Remain With The Municipal Administration. The Municipality Will Maintain The Planning, Direction And Control Functions Of The Service And Will Make Available The Technological Infrastructure Intended For Ticketing And Control Of Travel Documents. The Contractor Will Be Required To Guarantee The Regular Execution Of The Service, The Availability Of The Necessary Means And Personnel, Compliance With The Quality, Accessibility And Environmental Standards Set Out In The Tender Documentation, As Well As The Monitoring And Reporting Obligations. The Definitive Configuration Of The Lines, Operating Programs, Timetables, Stops And Further Technical And Economic Conditions Will Be Specified In The Award Procedure Documentation. The Duration Of The Assignment Is 6 Years. The Overall Value Of The Service, Including Tariff Revenues, Is Estimated At Approximately 370,000 / Year, Excluding Vat.
