The Present Assignment Concerns The Setting Up And Implementation Of The Fund Management For The Land Acquisition Regulations For Housing, In Accordance With The Frameworks Established By The Contracting Authority. The Client Intends To Collaborate With A Specialized Implementation Organization (Fund Manager) That Is Able To Take On The Full Package Of Fund Management Tasks In An Independent And Professional Manner. In Essence, This Involves Setting Up And Managing A Revolving Credit Fund For The Intended Loan Construction With Risk Sharing. The Contractor Will Be Responsible For Providing And Managing (Subordinated) Loans To Municipalities For The Acquisition Of Housing Land In The Initiation Phase Of Projects And The Adequate Return And Redeployment Of These Resources Through The Revolving Fund Mechanism. The Estimated Value Of The Assignment Is € 15 Million (Excluding Vat And Price Indexation) Over The Entire Contract Period (Until March 31, 2047).
