In Order To Stimulate The Production Of Energy From Renewable Sources, In Order To Make It More Competitive With Energy Obtained From Conventional Sources, And To Encourage The Construction Of New Sources Of Renewable Energy And Achieve Sustainable Development, The Customer Determined That The Electricity Must Contain The Above-Mentioned Minimum Percentage Of Electricity From Renewable Sources. As Confirmation Of Fulfillment Of The Conditions On The Origin Of Electricity, The Selected Bidder (Supplier) Is Obliged To Deliver To The Customer A Valid Certificate From The Register Of Guarantees Of Origin Of Electricity, Issued By An Independent Body For Issuing Guarantees Of Origin Of Electricity, Which Confirms That The Quantity - Percentage Share Of Electricity Specified In The Offer Of The Selected Bidder, Of The Delivered Electricity Is Produced From Renewable Energy Sources. 127/19) Article 19. In The Event That The Requested Certificate Is Not Submitted, I.E.
