This Consultation Concerns A Project Management Contract For 2027 Renovation And Maintenance Work On The Deux-Sèvres Habitat Heritage. The Objective Is To Carry Out Maintenance Renovation Work, Called “Rm”, As Part Of Routine Maintenance On The Deux-Sèvres Habitat Heritage In Order To Maintain It In Good Condition With A Permanent Objective Of Improving Its Attractiveness. After Examining Multi-Year Needs, Deux-Sèvres Habitat Validated The Orientation Of The Rm 2027 Program With The Following Work: • Work On Roofs And Attic Insulation; • Replacement Work On Exterior Joinery; • Facade Renovation Work; • Equipment Replacement Work; • Hall And Stairwell Repair Work. This Work Will Be Carried Out In The Following Agglomerations Or Communities Of Municipalities, Distributed As Follows: • Ca Du Niortais: On 22 Sites For 406 Housing Units. • Ca Of Bocage Bressuirais: On 9 Sites For 41 Housing Units. • Cc Haut Val De Sèvres: On 6 Sites For 88 Housing Units • Cc De Parthenay-Gâtine: On 4 Sites For 42 Housing Units. • Cc Du Thouarsais: On 7 Sites For 28 Housing Units. The Work Will Be Carried Out In Occupied Housing. The Nature, Consistency Of The Operation And The Expectations Of The Project Owner Are Defined In The Program. The Contract Holder Will Be Entrusted With A Basic Building Rehabilitation Mission Extended To All Execution Studies (Aps, Apd, Pro, Act, Total Exe, Det And Aor) As Well As The Complementary Dia And Opc Missions. Estimated Overall Duration Of The Market: 9 Months Of Studies, 12 Months Of Work And One Year Of Perfect Completion. The Financial Envelope Allocated To The Work By The Project Owner Is Set At 1,700,000.00 Euros Excluding Taxes.
