The Aeroclub Of Romania Intends To Purchase Unleaded Gasoline With The Minimum Characteristics Provided In The En 228:2025 Standard For The Aircraft In The Fleet Of The Aeroclub Of Romania, Equipped With Rotax 912S/Ul/Uls Engines. , By Concluding A Framework Agreement With A Maximum Duration Of 48 Months. Gasoline Will Be Delivered Based On The Subsequent Contracts Concluded, Depending On The Needs Of The Beneficiary And On The Basis Of Unit Prices Adjusted According To The Calculation Formula. If Several Economic Operators Will Not Participate In The Procedure, The Contracting Authority Will Be Able To Conclude The Framework Agreement With A Single Economic Operator Without Restarting The Procurement Procedure. The Subsequent Contracts Will Be Concluded By Resuming The Offline Competition Based On The Same Conditions Established According To The Framework Agreement, Respectively On The Basis Of The Unit Prices Presented At The Re-Offer Applying The Award Criteria Of The Framework Agreement. The Bidder Has The Obligation To Ensure, With Its Own Pump, The Transfer Of Gasoline From The Tank To The Beneficiarys Tanks. The Anticipated Quantity Of Unleaded Motor Gasoline To Be Purchased Based On The Subsequent Contracts Is: Minimum 140,000 Liters – Maximum 260,000 Liters. Payment Of Invoices Will Be Made Within 30 Days From The Registration And Validation Of The Invoice In The E-Invoice System. The Contracting Authority Will Respond Clearly And Fully To All Requests For Clarification On The 11Th Day Before The Deadline For Submission Of Offers.
