The Subject Of The Order Includes Four Tasks Constituting One, Indivisible Order: A) Task No. 1 - Collection And Transport To The Municipal Waste Installation. The Scope Of The Task Includes The Collection And Transport Of Municipal Waste From Inhabited Properties, Uninhabited Properties Covered By The Municipal Waste Collection System And Properties Used For Recreational And Recreation Purposes, Located In The Kobyla Góra Commune. The Task Includes, In Particular, The Collection Of Unsegregated (Mixed) Municipal Waste, Packaging Waste Made Of Metal And Plastic, Paper And Cardboard, Glass, Bio-Waste, Ash, Expired Medicines And Used Batteries And Accumulators, To The Extent And With The Frequency Specified In Sopz, As Well As Their Transport And Transfer To The Installation Operated By A Third Party, I.E. Staroprzygodzka 121, 63-400 Ostrów Wielkopolski, For Further Management By This Entity, Subject To Different Rules For The Management Of Individual Types Of Waste Specified In The Sopz (In Particular Ash). As Part Of The Task, The Contractor Is Also Obliged To Equip The Property With The Required Containers And Bags, Deliver, Replace And Replenish Them, As Well As Service Containers And Containers In The Places And Cases Provided For In The Sopz. B) Task No. 2 - Organization And Operation Of Pszok And Management Of Waste Collected Within Its Scope (Except For Ash Which Is Managed As Part Of A Separate Task).
