Type And Scope Of The Service: • The Service Includes The Delivery Of Lights, Bulbs And Accessories (See Lv). • The Service Is Ordered Through Written Individual Orders. Or By Ordering Online Via The Access Provided By The Client. These Orders (Order Forms/Online Orders) Determine The Type, Number, Place And Time Of Delivery. Invoicing Takes Place Per Order. • A Fixed Order Cycle And Minimum Order Quantities Are Not Provided For Individual Orders. The Contractor Has An Obligation To Deliver When Placing An Order. • There Is No Fixed Order Volume For The Intended Contract Period. • The Order Size Per Year Is Approximately €140,000 (Sales) With A Maximum Volume Of €175,000 Per Year. • The Client Has No Obligation To Order. • The Prices Are Fixed Prices And Apply For The Duration Of The Delivery Agreement. 2. Duration Of The Contract The Delivery Agreement Is Expected To Be Concluded For The Period From January 1St, 2027 To December 31St, 2028 (An Extension Of 2 X 1 Year Is Possible).
