The Subject Of This Tender Is The Turnkey Planning, Delivery, Construction, Integration, Commissioning And Documentation Of Two Grid-Connected Battery Storage Systems (Bess System) On The Clients 2 Existing Photovoltaic Systems (Pv Systems). The Battery Storage Systems Will Be Built As Green Energy Storage Systems (Co-Location) With The Existing Pv Systems. Charging The Battery Storage From The Public Grid Is Not Planned In The Basic Configuration. However, The Creation Of A Future Expansion Option For Network-Forming Functions According To Current Fnn Instructions Or “Gray Power Storage Operation” Should Be Possible. The Battery Storage Systems Must Be Electrically Integrated Into The Existing Pv Systems And Operated Together With Them Via The Existing Grid Connection Points At The Substation Of The Grid Operator Bayernwerk. The Existing Pv Systems Including Grid Connection, Medium-Voltage Infrastructure, Parking Control, Eza Controller, Telecontrol Technology, System Certification Must Continue To Be Used And Expanded Accordingly By The Contractor. The Contractor Owes A Fully Functional, Operational And Certifiable Overall System Condition (Pv+Bess System), Including All Technical, Planning And Administrative Services Required For This. After The Bess System Has Been Fully Installed And Accepted, The Contractor Will Carry Out Full Maintenance (Service Activities For Maintenance, Inspections, Troubleshooting Or Repairs And Spare Parts Management Including Guarantees) For The Bess System.
