As Part Of The Plärrer Redesign Project, Track Construction Work On Gleisbühler Str. In Nuremberg Involves The Provision Of An Interim Storage Area For The Removed And Sampled Material As Well As The Disposal Or Recycling Of The Resulting Materials. The Material To Be Disposed Of From The Plärrer Construction Site (Track Construction Part 1) Is Transported By The Clients Separately Commissioned Construction Company To The Contractors Interim Storage Area And Dumped There By The Clients Construction Company According To The Contractors Instructions. The Contractor Is Responsible For Producing, Securing And Maintaining The Piles In The Interim Storage Area. The Heaps Are Sampled By A Separately Commissioned Expert From The Client. The Material Must Be Stored By The Contractor Until The Declaration Results Are Available. When The Declaration Result Is Handed Over To The Contractor, The Stored Material Becomes The Property Of The Contractor And The Material Must Be Disposed Of Or Recycled.
