Fuels – Framework Agreement For The Supply Of Automotive Fuels Based On Cards. The Main Object Of The Framework Agreement Consists In The Supply Of Products, Namely Automotive Fuels (Diesel And Gasoline) Based On Cards, At The Distribution Stations Where The Suppliers Cards Are Accepted (Own, Operated Under Its Brand Or Partners), In Order To Ensure The Fuel Requirements For The Vehicles And Machinery Used In Fulfilling The Main Objective Of The Contracting Authority. Framework Agreement With A Single Economic Operator, Without The Resumption Of Competition, With A Duration Of 24 Months Or Until The Maximum Quantities Are Exhausted; A Minimum Of 1 And A Maximum Of 12 Subsequent Contracts Will Be Concluded Each Year, With A Duration Of 1-12 Months Each, Within The Budget Year. Minimum Estimated Quantities Of The Framework Agreement: 435,400 Liters (Diesel 409,500 L, Petrol 25,900 L). Maximum Estimated Quantities Of The Framework Agreement: 819,100 Liters (Diesel 766,100 L, Petrol 53,000 L). Estimated Quantities Related To The Smallest Subsequent Contract: 31,000 Liters (Diesel 29,200 L, Gasoline 1,800 L). Estimated Quantities Related To The Largest Subsequent Contract: 678,700 Liters (Diesel 634,800 L, Gasoline 43,900 L). Number Of Cards: Minimum 100 Pieces At The Beginning Of The Development Of The Framework Agreement. During The Framework Agreement, The Contracting Authority May Request The Issuance Of Additional Cards, Including For Vehicles And Equipment Newly Entered Into Its Own Fleet, Without Additional Costs For Issuance, Customization Or Delivery.
