Electricity – Comprehensive Supply Of Electricity. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Comprehensive Supply Of Electricity Within The Meaning Of The Act Of April 10, 1997 - Energy Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 43, As Amended), Hereinafter Referred To As The Energy Law Act, For The Needs Of The Facilities Of Gdańskie Wodociągi Sp. Z O. O. Listed In Annexes No. 1, 2, 3, 4 To The Agreement. The Maximum Amount Of Electricity Covered By The Order Is 53,500 Mwh. 2. The Actual Amount Of Electricity Consumed During The Delivery Period Will Result From The Actual Demand Of The Ordering Party, While Maintaining The Minimum And Maximum Volumes Specified In Section 3. The Ordering Party Guarantees The Purchase Of At Least 49,000 Mwh Of Electricity. The Maximum Amount Of Electricity Covered By The Agreement Is 53,500 Mwh. The Contractor Undertakes To Deliver In Accordance With The Actual Needs Of The Ordering Party Within The Above Limits. 3. Deliveries Within The Limits Specified In Section 3 Constitutes The Execution Of The Provisions Of The Contract And Does Not Require The Conclusion Of An Annex. Settlement Is Made According To The Actual Amount Of Electricity Consumed, The Unit Price And The Fees Due For Distribution Services, In Accordance With The Rules Specified In The Contract. 4. Detailed Rules For The Implementation And Settlement Of Deliveries Are Specified In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 9 To The Swz. 5. Commencement Of The Comprehensive Supply Of Electricity To Individual Electricity Consumption Points, Specified In Detail In Annexes No. 1, 2, 3, 4 To The Agreement, Will Take Place No Earlier Than After A Successfully Completed Supplier Change Procedure, In Accordance With The Relevant Provisions Of Generally Applicable Law, In Particular The Energy Law And The Instructions For The Operation And Operation Of The Distribution Network (Abbreviated As Iriesd, Developed By A Given Distribution System Operator And Approved By The President Of The Energy Regulatory Office). 6. The Ordering Party Will Provide The Contractor With The Data And Documents Necessary To Carry Out The Seller Change Procedure. The Activities Described In The First Sentence Will Be Undertaken By The Contractor Without Undue Delay, On Time Enabling The Commencement Of Deliveries In Accordance With § 5. 7. Reserve Sales Of Electricity Will Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Principles Set Out In The Applicable Provisions Of The Energy Law. 8. The Ordering Party Has One Collective Contract For The Comprehensive Supply Of Electricity Signed With Energa-Obrót S.A., Which Is Valid Until December 31, 2026. The Ordering Party Does Not Have Any Signed Promotional Or Loyalty Offers. 9. The Ordering Party Does Not Have A License To Produce, Trade, Transmit Or Distribute Electricity. The Ordering Party Has Two Photovoltaic Farms With A Capacity Of Less Than 150 Kwp On An Auto Consumption Basis. 10. The Ordered Electricity Will Be Used For Own Needs.
