The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of A Design Together With Design Documentation As Well As The Production, Delivery And Assembly Of Media For The Internal Visual Information System, Along With The Indicated Elements Of Facade Markings, Taking Into Account The Needs Of People With Special Needs, Including People With Disabilities, For 11 Buildings Of The University Of Silesia As Part Of The Project The University Of Silesia - An Accessible, Universal And Open Community - Duo Ii. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Internal Visual Information System And The Facade Media Indicated In The Order Documentation. 2. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order And The Obligations Of The Contractor Are Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz Together With The Annexes. 1) Task I - Development Of The Project Along With The Design Documentation Of The Visual Information System. Task I Includes: A) Developing Comprehensive Designs For The Internal Visual Information System, Hereinafter Referred To As Siw, Separately For 10 Buildings Of The University Of Silesia Located In Katowice, Sosnowiec And Chorzów; B) Updating The Existing Siw Project For The Building Of The Faculty Of Law And Administration Of The University Of Silesia At Ul. Bankowa 11B In Katowice, Consisting In Changing The Content On Some Already Designed Media. 2) Task Ii - Implementation, Delivery And Installation Of Visual Information System Media. Task Ii Includes The Execution, Delivery And Assembly Of Siw Carriers For 11 Buildings Of The University Of Silesia Located In Katowice, Sosnowiec And Chorzów. 3. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers. As For The Reasons For Not Dividing The Contract Into Parts, It Should Be Noted That Dividing The Procedure Into Parts May Create A Risk Related To The Lack Of Cooperation Between The Contractors, E.G. In Terms Of Organization, If The Contract Was Awarded To More Than 1 Contractor. Therefore, The Optimal Solution Is To Entrust The Entire Task To One Entity That Will Gather All The Necessary Resources And Take Responsibility For Providing The Service As A Whole. The Type Of Service And The Desire To Provide It At A High Level Require The Involvement Of An Appropriate Number Of People. Additionally, It Should Be Noted That The Lack Of Division Of The Order Allows For The Optimization Of Operational Activities Related To The Implementation Of The Contract Both On The Part Of The Ordering Party And The Contractor. The Contract In Question Is Part Of A Larger Contract Awarded In Parts. 4. The Ordering Party Does Not Provide For The Possibility Of Submitting Variant Offers. 5. The Ordering Party Does Not Envisage Awarding Contracts For Similar Services Within The Meaning Of Art. 214 Section 1 Point 7 Of The Public Procurement Law. 6. The Deadline For Completing The Entire Subject Of The Order Is Up To 18 Months From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract. The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Will Be Carried Out Successively, In Accordance With The Schedule Taking Into Account The Order And Planned Dates Of Work In Individual Buildings, In Accordance With Annex 2 To The Swz. 7.
