The City Of Kankaanpääs (Customer) Request For Tender Regarding School Transport Services For Pre-Primary And Primary Education Students On The Route Keskusta - Karvia For The School Years 2026 - 2027 And 2027 - 2028 For The Period 4 January 2027 - 30 June 2028 And The Option Periods For The School Years 2028-2029 And 2029-2030. The Subscriber Decides On The Implementation Of The Options. The Value Of The Acquisition, Including The Options, Is Around 210,000 Euros. School Transport Takes Place During School Hours, Approx. 190 Days A Year. The Subscriber Announces The Schools Operating Hours Each Year In Advance. The Transport Routes And Quantities Are Preliminary And Are Presented In Accordance With The Current Information. School Transport Routes And Performance Will Be Checked In Early August, When The Final Information About Students And Transport Times Is Available. The Checks Are Made In Cooperation With The Customer And The Selected Contractual Partners. The Contractual Partner Prepares The Transport Schedules For The Route Based On The Information Provided. The Customer Accepts The Final Route Plans And Schedules. The Subscriber Reserves The Right To Change The Routes Due To The Period System, Change Of Semester, Change Of The Order Of Classes Or Number Of Students, Etc. Before Making A Decision On Changes, We Will Consult With The Service Provider. The Service Provider Takes Into Account Daily Changes Due To Reading Orders And Other Factors In The Transport Of Each Item. The Main Responsibility For The Functionality And Punctuality Of The Route And Schedules Belongs To The Service Provider.
