Training Services - Preparation And Conduct Of Training In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Regulation Of The Council Of Ministers Of March 30, 2020 On Training For Employees Of Social Services Centers. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Service Of Preparing And Conducting Training In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Regulation Of The Council Of Ministers Of March 30, 2020 On Training For Employees Of Social Services Centers (Journal Of Laws Of 2020, Item 664) In The Pomeranian Voivodeship, Including: • Module I - Training In The Management And Organization Of Social Services, 60 Hours; • Module Ii - Training In The Development And Implementation Of Individual Social Service Plans, 52 Hours; • Module Iii - Training In Local Community Organization, 57 Hours. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In Annex No. 1 To The Swz And In The Contract Template, Which Constitutes Annex No. 2 To The Swz. 3. The Ordering Party Envisages The Application Of The Option Right Referred To In Art. 441 Of The Public Procurement Law, In A Situation Where The Number Of People Willing To Participate In Individual Training Modules Significantly Exceeds The Number Of Participants Assumed By The Ordering Party. The Option Assumes Increasing The Subject Of The Order By A Maximum Of 6 Additional Training Courses (In The Scope Of Module I, Ii Or Iii, Depending On Demand), While Maintaining The Gross Unit Price Per Person Indicated For The Basic Order, Taking Into Account That The Option Will Be Implemented Within 12 Months From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract. The Option Right Will Mean That The Ordering Party May Commission The Organization Of Additional Training, But The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Any Claim Against The Ordering Party If The Ordering Party Does Not Exercise The Option Right. The Ordering Party Will Notify The Contractor About Exercising The Option Right No Later Than 1 Month Before The End Date Of The Completion Of The Basic Order Resulting From The Contract, Based On The Ordering Partys Written Declaration On Exercising The Option Right. The Ordering Party May Exercise The Option Right Once Or Several Times, For A Different Number Of Training Sessions, With The Total Number Of Additional Training Sessions Not Exceeding 6. The Rules For Implementing The Subject Matter Of The Contract Covered By The Option Right Regarding: The Method Of Its Implementation, Its Receipt, The Method Of Payment, The Method Of Calculating Contractual Penalties And The Cooperation Of The Parties Will Be The Same As Those Applicable To The Basic Subject Matter Of The Contract. If The Ordering Party Exercises The Option Right Referred To Above, Additional Training Must Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Terms Of The Opz (Appendix No. 1 To The Swz) As For The Basic Order And In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Contract (Appendix No. 2 To The Swz) And In Accordance With The Contractors Offer. 4. The Law Applicable To This Order (Including The Contract Concluded As A Result Of These Proceedings And For The Assessment Of The Legal Effects Of All Documents In This Order) Is Polish Law, Taking Into Account European Union Law. 5. In All Provisions Of The Swz And Its Annexes In Which The Ordering Party Refers To Standards, Approvals, Technical Specifications Or Reference Systems Or Indicates Trademarks, Parameters Or Sources
