The Upper School Center For Communication, Information And Media Technology (Kim) Is Located At Osloer Straße 23-26, 13359 Berlin, Which Currently Serves Around 1,200 Students, Teachers And Non-Teaching Staff. It Should Be Noted That There Are Fewer Students On Site During Exam Times And Due To The Weekly Schedules In The Training Professions. This Information Is A Guide. The Rental Area Is Approx. 68 M², Consisting Of A Kitchen, Toilets And Additional Areas. Kitchen Technology Is Available. Due To The Structural Conditions, Cooking Lunch In The Property Is Not Possible As The Kitchen Exhaust System Is Not Functional. There Are Also No Refrigerators Or Freezers Available For Storing Food. Only Individual Refrigerators And Freezers Are Available. The Kitchen Is Therefore Rented Out Purely As A Serving Kitchen. The Use Of A Convection Oven Is Recommended. An Inventory List, Floor Plans And A Sample Rental Agreement Are Attached To The Tender Documents. When Concluding The Rental Agreement, The Kitchen Equipment Is Newly Included, So That There Is No Claim To Completeness Or Accuracy With Regard To The Attached Equipment List. A Site Visit Is Recommended Before Submitting An Offer.
