Software Package Suites – Delivery Of Edr-Class Software. 1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Edr Class Software (2 Pieces), Specified In Annex 2 To The Swz, Hereinafter Referred To As The System. Subscription For A Period Of 36 Months For Min. 6,000 Workstations And 1,000 Servers. 2) The Scope Of The Order Includes: A) Delivery Of A Subscription Enabling The Use Of The System (All Licenses Necessary To Meet The Ordering Partys Requirements Must Be Provided To The System, And If The System Uses Third-Party Software, The Contractor Must Also Provide All Necessary Licenses Enabling Its Use), B) Construction Of A Dedicated Tenant/Tenants Management System By The Manufacturer, C) Preparation With The Ordering Party Of A Configuration Taking Into Account: - Architecture And Configuration Of The Solution In The Ordering Partys Infrastructure; - User Roles And Permissions; - Security Policy; D) Conducting Instruction/Training For A Group Of 15 Employees Of The Ordering Party (System Administrators), Including Full Use Of The Systems Functionality (The Training Can Be Held Online), E) Launching The Supplied System Together With The Ordering Party And Installing Agents On At Least 30 Devices (The Implementation Will Be Carried Out By The Project Team, And The Contractor Must Provide At Least One Delegated Consultant To Perform Implementation Work, Who Permanently Participates In And Supervises The Work; The Consultant Must Have Knowledge And Experience In Implementing The Offered Solution; Consultations May Take Place Online), F) Monitoring With The Ordering Party The Correct Functioning Of The Solution During The Implementation Period (By Implementation The Ordering Party Understands The Activities Specified In Points B-F), G) Technical Support During The Subscription Period (Providing An Electronic Channel For Reporting Events Operated 24 Hours A Day, 7 Days A Week, 365 Days A Year). 3) A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex No. 2 To The Swz. 4) Order Completion Date: 36 Months From The Date Of Subscription Launch, With: A) Delivery Of The License And Launch Of The Subscription Enabling The Use Of The System - Up To 14 Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract, B) Implementation Of The System And Training - Up To 30 Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract. 5) Delivery Address: The Contractor Will Deliver The Licenses Electronically To The E-Mail Address Indicated In § 15 Section 2 Of The Contract Or By Activating Them In The Ordering Partys Tenant; 6) Required Minimum Period Of Technical Support: 36 Months From The Date Of Subscription Launch, Confirmed By An Acceptance Protocol Without Any Reservations. 7) Detailed Terms Of Order Execution And Payment Terms Are Included In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz. 9) Changes To The Provisions Of The Concluded Agreement In Relation To The Content Of The Offer On The Basis Of Which The Contractor Was Selected, Resulting From The Provisions Of Art. 455 Section 1 Point 1) Of The Public Procurement Law May Occur In The Circumstances Provided For In Par. 9 Section 2 Of The Contract Template (Annex No. 3 To The Swz) 10) The Contractor May Submit Only One Offer In This Procedure.
