Expression of Interest for EU Statistical TED Data for WTO GPA-Processing of TED Contract Award Notice Datasets for 2025 and 2026. Description: The European Unions statistical reporting obligations under the revised World Trade Organization (WTO) Agreement on Government Procurement (GPA) are set out in Article XVI of the Agreement. The Commission intends to contract services for the reviewing and processing of TED contract award notices datasets for the years 2025 and 2026 with the objective of providing datasets in line with the above-mentioned requirements of the GPA. The tasks to be performed include the reviewing and compiling of data for types of purchase and for values of outliers; classification of entities into GPA annexes; verification of GPA coverage; imputation of missing values; generation of summary tables for GPA reporting; and the verification and comparison of aggregate values with related reports for the raw TED 2025 and 2026 data.
