Tenders Are Invited For Successive Milling Of Asphalt Concrete Surfaces

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Milling Of Asphalt Concrete Surfaces In An Estimated Maximum Amount Of Up To 80,000 M2 In The City Of Poznań With A Milling Machine, Depending On The Needs, With A Width Of 1 M Or 2 M, With The Export Of The Milled Material To The Zdm Warehouse, In Accordance With The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Specified In Annex No. 2 To The Terms Of Reference (Swz).2.Requirements Regarding Equipment, Safety And Organization Of Works.1) The Milling Machine Used To Complete The Order Must Be Equipped With An Efficient Leveling System Enabling Control And Maintenance Of The Required Ordinate And Depth Of Surface Milling.2) The Contractor Is Obliged To Properly Mark And Secure The Workstation During Milling, In Accordance With Applicable Regulations And Requirements Regarding The Organization And Safety Of Road Traffic. Marking And Securing The Work Site Is The Responsibility Of The Contractor.3) The Equipment And Vehicles Used By The Contractor To Perform The Order Must Be Technically Efficient, Properly Marked And Equipped With: A) Audible Reversing Alarms, If Required For A Given Type Of Equipment Or Vehicle Under Applicable Regulations; B) Securing The Load, In Particular Milling Material, Against Spilling, Dusting Or Falling Out During Transport, In Accordance With Applicable Road Traffic Regulations.4) Contractors Employees Performing The Activities At The Place Of Work, They Must Be Equipped With Appropriate High-Visibility Warning Clothing And Personal Protective Equipment, Including Protective Helmets, In Accordance With The Threats Occurring During The Work And The Requirements Of Applicable Occupational Health And Safety Regulations.5) The Contractor Is Obliged To Constantly Maintain Order At The Place Of Work And To Immediately Remove Contamination Arising In Connection With The Execution Of The Order, In Particular Residues Of Milling Material From The Road Surface And Other Surfaces Used During The Performance Of Services.6) The Contractor Is Responsible For Damage To Public Roads And Access Roads And Other Infrastructure Elements If They Were His Fault In Connection With The Execution Of The Order. In Such A Case, The Contractor Is Obliged To Immediately Remove The Damage At His Own Expense, In A Manner Agreed With The Ordering Party And In Accordance With Applicable Regulations.
