The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of A Comprehensive Nutrition Service For Patients Of The Specialist Hospital For Tuberculosis And Lung Diseases In Koszalin In The Scope Of Preparing And Serving On-Site (I.E. In The Kitchen Of The Specialist Team For Tuberculosis And Lung Diseases In Koszalin) 24 Hours A Day, 7 Days A Week, Regular And Dietary Meals From Products Purchased By The Contractor, Taking Into Account The Disease Entities Of Hospital Patients, And Conducting Canteens For Employees, To The Extent Specified In The Swz. The Services Covered By The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Performed In The Kitchen Of The Specialized Tuberculosis And Lung Diseases Team In Koszalin On The Basis Of A Separate Lease Agreement Constituting Annex No. 10 To Swz.4. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers. The Subject Of The Order Is An Indivisible Whole Different Contractors Carrying Out Individual Parts Of The Subject Of The Contract In A Limited Area.
