Subject Of The Order: Supply Of Diesel Oil For Vehicles And Equipment Of Sulechowskie Przedsiębiorstwo Komunalne Supekom Sp. Z O. O. In Sulechów In An Estimated Amount Of Approximately 72,000 Liters. The Demand For The Ordered Diesel Oil May Change (Decrease Or Increase) Depending On The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party During The Duration Of The Contract, However, The Final Amount Of Remuneration May Not Exceed The Total Value Of The Subject Of The Contract. The Amount Of Diesel Fuel Supplied, Indicated Above, Is An Approximate Amount, Therefore If The Ordering Party Limits The Amount Of Purchased Diesel Oil In Relation To The Ordered One, It Will Not Be Considered By The Contractor As A Withdrawal From The Contract And Therefore The Contractor Will Not Have The Right To Claim Compensation From The Ordering Party For Purchasing A Smaller Amount Of Diesel Oil. The Ordering Party Ensures That The Guaranteed Minimum Quantity Of Diesel Fuel Purchased By Him Will Be 35,000 Liters, The Remaining Part Of The Estimated Diesel Oil To Be Purchased Will Be Purchased Depending On The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party. Diesel Oil Will Be Delivered By Refueling The Ordering Partys Vehicles And Equipment Using Electronic Fuel Cards Issued To The Car Registration Number Or The Name And Surname Of The Driver Or The Name Of The Ordering Party. In The Case Of Refueling Vehicles And Equipment And Collecting Fuel Into A Barrel Or Canister, Fuel Delivery Must Be Based On A Previously Provided, Successively Updated List. Each Time When Refueling Or Together With The Invoice, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Proof Of Fuel Issuance In The Form Of A Printout From The Fuel Card System At Gas Stations. Note: The Ordering Party Stipulates That The Fuel Stations Where The Ordering Partys Vehicles And Equipment Will Be Refueled Cannot Be Located At A Distance Of More Than 5 Km From The Ordering Partys Registered Office (Ul.
