The Implementation Of The Task Had Previously Been Started By Another Contractor, With Whom The Contract Was Completed Before The Full Scope Of The Order Was Completed. After The Previous Implementation, An Inventory Of The Works Performed Was Carried Out. If The Documentation Indicates Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, The Ordering Party Allows The Use Of Materials Equivalent To Those Described. If References To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described.
