1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Related To The Task: Renovation Of Office Rooms In The Partner Building Of The District Office In Otwock At Ul. Communards 10.2.A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Scope Of Works, Together With The Requirements Regarding Materials And Equipment, Technology, Quality And Workmanship Standard, Are Included In: 1) Design Documentation: Construction Design And Electrical Installation Design; 2) Bill Of Quantities; 3) Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, 4) Designed Provisions Of The Contract, Constituting Annexes To This Swz. The Attached Bill Of Quantities Is Only Of Auxiliary Nature In Relation To The Design Documentation And Should Be Treated Solely As Auxiliary Materials For Determining The Lump Sum Price Of The Order. All Requirements Specified In The Documents Indicated Above Are Minimum Requirements And Their Fulfillment Is Obligatory.
