Tenders Are Invited For A Service Consisting In Conducting Training In The Field Of Civil Protection And Civil Defense

The Subject Of The Order Is To Conduct Training For The Public In Accordance With Annex No. 9 To The Regulation Of The Minister Of Internal Affairs And Administration Of February 6, 2025 On Training Programs In The Field Of Civil Protection And Civil Defense And Requirements For Entities Conducting Training (Journal Of Laws, Item 162). The Aim Of The Training Is To Prepare People Staying In The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland For Appropriate Reactions In Threat Situations, Including Recognizing Threats, Preventing Them And Shaping Appropriate Behaviors. In The Event Of Their Occurrence, As Well As Developing The Ability To Cooperate With Civil Protection Authorities And Civil Protection Entities. The Training Serves To Increase Social Resilience.2. Location (Address):Warsaw – Bielany District.3. The Scope Of Work Includes In Particular: A) Training Date: From The Date Of Signing The Contract - December 12, 2026. B) Form Of Training: Stationary Training, Open To The Public, Includes Theoretical And, To A Limited Extent, Practical Classes - First Aid Training, I.E. Didactic Classes Carried Out In The Form Of A Theoretical Lecture, Using In Particular The Conversational Lecture Method, While In The Part Regarding First Aid There Is A Description With A Demonstration, With The Possibility Of Engaging The Participants Of The Classes To Practice Life-Saving Techniques On Their Own. Duration Of The Training Session (Each Time) Up To 240 Minutes, Not Less Than 210 Minutes. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Implemented In Warsaw (Bielany District), Provided By The Ordering Party. C) Number Of Training Sessions: Max. 17 Stationary Training Sessions For Max. 50 People Each. D) Duration Of One Training: Up To 4 Hours, I.E. Lecture, Demonstration And Limited Practical Exercises. E) Target Group: Min. 813 People Staying In The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland. Methodological And Didactic Preparation• Thematic Scope Of The Training: The Thematic Scope Of The Training Includes Thematic Areas In Accordance With The List: Mandatory: 1) Alarm Signals And Warning Messages; 2) Individual Preparation For Evacuation And Survival In Conditions Of Long-Term Threat; 3) Evacuation Of People, Animals And Property And Cooperation With Civil Protection Entities; 4) First Aid; 5) Aid Activities; 6) Personal Protective Equipment And Places Of Refuge In Situations Of Real Threat. Optional: 1) Responding To Disinformation; 2) Ensuring Cybersecurity; 3) Team Cooperation; 4) Increasing Ones Own Resistance To Threats. 4.
