Tents Must Be Brand New, Unused, Complete And Free From Defects, Equipped With Roof Covering, Side And Entrance Walls, Frame Floor, Reinforcing Elements, A Complete Anchor Set, Transport Covers And Assembly Instructions. The Delivery Includes Transport, Unloading, Technical And Warranty Documentation, As Well As Instructions On Safe Assembly And Anchoring. The Order Is Co-Financed From The State Budget Under The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program For 2025-2026. Part 1 Is The Subject Of Repeated Proceedings After Its Invalidation In Proceedings No. Ip.271.2026.12. The Indicated Quantities Constitute The Guaranteed Scope. The Ordering Party Provides For The Option Right In Accordance With The Swz And The Draft Provisions Of The Contract. Detailed Requirements Are Specified In Chapter Xix Of The Swz Containing Opz.
