Tenders Are Invited For Provision Of Care Services For Residents Of The City Of Dębica For 2027

1. The Subject Of The Proceedings Is The Provision Of Care Services For Residents Of The City Of Dębica, Performed At The Clients Place Of Residence In The Period From January 4, 2027 To December 31, 2027, Taking Into Account The Individual Situation Of The Persons To Whom The Above-Mentioned Services Will Be Provided, As Part Of The Implementation Of The Communes Own Tasks Pursuant To Art. 50 Of The Act Of 12 March 2004 On Social Assistance (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 639, As Amended). 2. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Care Services Referred To In Art. 50 Section 1A Of The Act Of March 12, 2004 On Social Assistance For Clients Of The Cus Of The City Of Dębica In An Estimated Amount Of 6,000 Hours (Maximum Scope Of The Order), In The Period From January 4, 2027 To December 31, 2027. 3. The Services Referred To In Section 1 The Contractor, Depending On The Needs Of The Ordering Party, Will Provide Services On Working Days, I.E. From Monday To Friday, I.E. 5 Days A Week From From 7:00 To 21:00. 4. Time Of Service: 1 Hour Of Service Equals 1 Clock Hour, I.E. 60 Minutes.5.The Concept Of The Number Of Hours Of Services Provided Should Be Understood Only As The Actual Time Of Providing Services Without Preparatory Activities, I.E. Without The Time Needed To Arrive Or Arrive. If The Ordering Partys Order Provides For The Provision Of Services By Two People At The Same Time (§ 3(4) Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Family, Labor And Social Policy Of August 4, 2026 On Care Services At The Place Of Residence), The Working Time Of Each Of These Persons Is Settled. In Other Cases, Providing The Service By More Than One Person Does Not Increase The Number Of Billable Hours. 6. The Number Of Hours May Change Because It Cannot Be Determined Precisely Due To The Specificity Of The Order, Which Is Characterized By Variability Of Needs Due To The Changing Health Condition And Life Situation Of People Requiring Help. 7. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Reduce The Number Of Hours Of Care Services Provided Depending On The Actual Needs And Financial Possibilities. The Remuneration Due To The Contractor Will Be Determined Based On The Gross Price Of 1 Hour Of Care Services Given In The Offer. Changes In The Number Of Hours As Well As Reductions In The Value Of The Contract Do Not Require An Annex To The Contract Within The Limits Specified In § 5 Section. 3 Of The Contract Template. As Part Of The Offer Price, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right Not To Use The Entire Number Of Hours Ordered, But Guarantees The Ordering Of Services With A Value Of Not Less Than 70% Of The Contract Value (Minimum Amount Of Service Within The Meaning Of Article 433 Point 4 Of The Public Procurement Law).
