The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase Of A Brand New Marked Truck With A Hooklift Type Body Along With Containers: - A Container With A Body For Collecting And Transporting Sewage And Liquid Pollutants (Wuko Barrel), - A Container With A Body For Transporting Objects And Materials (Transport Platform With Hds).2.The Scope Of The Order Is Included In The Swz And Annexes To The Swz, I.E. In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz) And In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract. 3. Pursuant To The Content Of Art. 95 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Informs That It Does Not Impose Any Requirements Regarding The Employment Of The Contractor Or Subcontractor On The Basis Of The Employment Relationship Of Persons Performing Activities In The Scope Of The Execution Of The Contract Consisting In Performing Work In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code. 4.
