1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Task Titled: Purchase Of Solar Lamps With Delivery And Installation.2. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Delivery Of 40 New Led Solar Lamps And Their Installation In The City And Commune Of Piotrków Kujawski. The Lamps Will Be Installed In Places Indicated By The Ordering Party In The Following Villages: Anusin – 2 Pcs., Dębołęka – 2 Pcs., Jerzyce – 3 Pcs., Kaczewo – 2 Pcs., Łabędzin – 3 Pcs., Palczewo – 2 Pcs., Piotrków Kujawski – 4 Pcs., Połajewo – 1 Pc., Extend – 3 Pcs., Rogalin – 2 Pcs., Rudzk Duży – 2 Pcs., Szewce – 3 Pcs., Świątniki – 2 Pcs., Zborowiec – 1 Pc., Bycz – 1 Pc. And An Additional 7 Pieces In The City Of Piotrków Kujawski.3. The Ordering Party Will Specify The Locations Of Solar Lanterns In Detail At The Stage Of Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order.4. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz) Is Specified In Annex No. 1 To The Swz, Which Contains The Minimum Technical Parameters Of The Elements Making Up Complete Solar Lamps.5. The Contractor Undertakes To Implement The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Opz, The Delivered And Installed Devices Should Be Made Of Safe And Durable Materials, They Should Be Brand New, I.E. Manufactured (Produced No Earlier Than In 2026).6. The Contractor Will Assemble And Install The Lanterns With Due Care, Taking Into Account The Professional Nature Of His Business, In Accordance With The Requirements Resulting From Applicable Laws, Polish Standards And Technical Approvals, Principles Of Sound Technical Knowledge And Established Customs.7. Names And Codes Of The Subject Of The Contract According To The Common Procurement Vocabulary (Cpv):31520000-7 Lamps And Lighting Fixtures;45316110-9 Installation Of Road Lighting Devices.8. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers Referred To In Art. 7 Point 15 Of The Pzp, Because The Subject Of The Contract Is One Investment Project Consisting Of Closely Interdependent Elements. Their Division Would Be Irrational For Technological Reasons And In The Context Of Coordination Of Deliveries And Works As Well As The Contractors Responsibility For Efficient And Proper Execution Of The Order. The Type And Scope Of This Contract Enable Smaller Entities, In Particular Small And Medium-Sized Enterprises, To Apply For It.9. The Required Minimum Warranty Period For The Subject Of The Order Is 36 Months From The Date Of Receipt By The Ordering Party And Signing (Without Comments) Of The Final Acceptance Report Of The Installed Lamps. The Longer Warranty Period Offered Will Be Scored As Part Of The Offer Evaluation Criterion (The Warranty Period Is Scored From 37 To 60 Months, And The Maximum Number Of Points In This Criterion Is 40).
