The Subject Of The Order In Part I Must Meet The Following Requirements: 1) Be Authorized By The Software Manufacturer To Grant A License; 2) The License May Not Impose Additional Fees On The Ordering Party Related To The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order; 3) Grant The Ordering Party The Right To Use The Software Indefinitely And Must Include The Right To Independent, Free Installation And The Right To Update; 4) The Ordering Party Will Provide The End User Of The Subject Of The Order At The Stage Of Signing The Contract, 5) Licenses Must Allow For Free Transfer Between Workstations (E.G. In The Case Of Replacement Or Damage To Equipment),6) Licenses Must Include The Right To Free Installation Of Updates, Critical And Optional Fixes Made Available By The Software Manufacturer,7) Licenses Must Include The Right To Run Earlier Versions Of The Software Being The Subject Of The Order And Use Replacement Copies (The Ability To Copy The Software To Multiple Devices Using A Disk Image, One Standard Installation Package Or A Software Implementation Tool Obtained From The Volume Licensing Website), With The Right To Be Used Multiple Times In The Installation And Backup Process.8) The Offered Software Must Be In The Polish Version Language Version With The Possibility Of Switching The Language Version Of The Interface To Other Languages, Including English.9) It Is Required For The Selected Contractor To Provide, At The Acceptance Stage, Collective Documents Allowing For Determining The Legality Of The Purchased Software.10) The Ordering Party Allows The Contractor To Offer Products That Meet All Specified Technical Requirements, But With Broader (Additional) Functionality Than The Described One.11) It Is Required To Provide Access To A Personalized Website Allowing Authorized Persons From The Ordering Party For: A) Downloading The Purchased Software, B) Activating The Purchased Software, C) Checking The Number Of Purchased Products In The List Of Purchased Products. 12) The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With Protection Against Third Party Claims For Infringement Of Copyright By The Offered Product, In The Event Of Immediate Notification Of The Contractor Or The Ordering Party About The Compensation Claim.
