1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Task Titled: Supply Of Electricity With Distribution For The Podkarpackie Innovation Center Building At Ul. Lenartowicza 6 In Rzeszów. 2. Description Of The Subject Of The Order: The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Electricity With Distribution In Accordance With The Operators Tariff For The Podkarpackie Innovation Center, I.E. The Building At Ul. Lenartowicza 6 In Rzeszów, Within The Meaning Of The Energy Law In The Period From January 1, 2027 To December 31, 2028, With A Total Estimated Volume Of 185,280 Kwh. Intended For The Own Needs Of The Ordering Party (Recipient), Who Is Also The Final Purchaser Within The Meaning Of The Provisions On Excise Duty And The Final Recipient Within The Meaning Of The Provisions Of The Energy Law, To The Energy Consumption Point Located At Ul. Teofila Lenartowicza 6 In Rzeszów, In Accordance With The Conditions Contained In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Annex No. 1 To Chapter Iii Of The Swz. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Annex No. 1 To Chapter Iii And Annex No. 1 To Chapter Ii Of The Specification Of The Order Terms. 3. The Estimated Amount Of Energy Ordered Is Only Indicative (Estimated) For Comparison Of Submitted Offers, And In No Case Does It Constitute An Obligation On The Part Of The Ordering Party To Purchase Energy In The Given Amount. The Actual Amount Of Electricity Supplied Will Result From The Current Readings Of The Measurement And Billing Systems And The Consumption Point And May Increase Or Decrease Depending On The Actual Electricity Consumption. The Contractor Will Not Be Entitled To Any Claim Against The Ordering Party For Failure To Collect The Amount Envisaged In Point. 2 Conventional Amount Of Energy. Settlement For The Supply Of Electricity Will Be Based On The Actual Amounts Of Electricity Consumed In Accordance With The Unit Prices Specified In The Offer Form Submitted By The Contractor. The Ordering Party Declares Energy Consumption At The Level Of 50% Of The Estimated Demand. 11. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Subject Of The Order While Respecting The Principle Of Do No Serious Harm (Dnsh - Do No Significant Harm), Referred To In Art. 17 Of Regulation (Eu) 2020/852 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of 18 June 2020, To The Extent Applicable To The Subject Matter Of The Contract.12.The Order Should Be Implemented Taking Into Account The Principles Of Environmental Protection, Rational Management Of Natural Resources And Limiting The Negative Impact On The Environment, In Accordance With Applicable National And Eu Law.13.The Contractor Is Obliged To Comply With Applicable Environmental Protection Regulations And Take Actions To Limit The Negative Impact On The Environment To The Extent Under Its Control And Related To The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order.14.As Part Of The Execution Of The Order, Electronic Circulation Of Documentation Is Preferred, In Part
