1. The Subject Of The Order Is To Provide Social Services For Seniors In Two Senior+ Clubs In The Poświatne Commune, In The Following Towns: Cygów, Ul. Młynna 21 And Międzyleś, Ul. Główna 19, For People Aged 60 And Over, Professionally Inactive, Residing In The Poświatne Commune (Hereinafter: Participants). The Clubs Will Support A Total Of 41 Participants. The Club In Cygów Will Be Attended By 21 Participants, And The Club In Międzylesie - 20 Participants. In The Event Of The Participants Resignation Or Death, The Ordering Party Assigns A Person From The Reserve List To The Vacant Place.2.The Services Are Aimed At Counteracting Loneliness And Marginalization Of Seniors, Organizing Their Free Time And Social Activation, And Include In Particular: 1) The Implementation Of A Total Of At Least 1,536 Clock Hours Of Classes, I.E. In Each Club At Least 32 Hours Of Classes Per Month - At Least 8 Days Of Classes Per Month, At Least 4 Hours A Day, Between 8:00 A.M. And 3:00 P.M. (With The Possibility Of Carrying Out Some Classes At Other Times After Consultation With The Ordering Party);2) Educational Classes (Lectures, Workshops) And Meetings With Specialists (E.G. Psychologist) - At Least 50 Hours During The Order Execution Period;3) Integration Meetings (Feasts, Bonfires, Trips To The Swimming Pool In Wołomin, Occasional Meetings) - At Least 24 Hours During The Order Execution Period;4) Manual - Handicraft Classes - At Least 24 Classes Of 4 Hours Each In Each Year Of The Order Execution (Including Decoupage, Painting On Glass Or Porcelain, Wood Burning, Christmas Decorations) - Together With The Purchase Of Consumables And Art And Decorative Materials;5) Culinary Classes - At Least 24 Classes Of 4 Hours Each During The Order Execution Period - Together With The Purchase Of Food Products (E.G. Dumplings, Pancakes, Waffles, Soups, Sandwiches, Salads);6) Exercise Classes (E.G. Gymnastics, Bicycle Trips, Nordic Walking Marches) - At Least 24 In Each Year Of The Order Execution; Bicycles - The Participants Own, Nordic Walking Poles - Club Equipment; 7) Cultural And Sightseeing Trips To Towns At Least 50 Km Away From The Ordering Partys Headquarters - At Least Twice A Year - Together With Transport By Bus With A Driver. The Numbers Of Classes Indicated In Points 3-6 Mean The Number Of Separate Classes (Meetings). The Classes Referred To In Points 4 And 5 Last 4 Hours; The Duration Of The Remaining Classes Is Specified By The Contractor In The Schedule. All Classes Are Included In The Total Number Of Hours Referred To In Point 1.3.The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 10 To The Swz. The Terms And Conditions Of The Order Are Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 9 To The Swz. The Organizational Regulations Of The Clubs Constitute An Annex To The Description Of The Subject Of The Order.
