The Subject Of The Project Is The Adaptation Of The Premises Of The School And Kindergarten Complex In Młodowo, Ul. Szkolna 48, 37-600 Młodów, For The Purpose Of Organizing An Emergency Shelter. The Facility Serves An Educational Function On A Daily Basis. The Planned Number Of People Using The Protective Space Is Up To Approximately 280 People, Including 250 Students And Approximately 30 Teachers And Service Staff. The Final Capacity Of The Space Will Be Determined Based On Technical Documentation, Actual Usable Space And Applicable Requirements. The Facility Is Included In The Where To Hide Tool Run By The State Fire Service As A Shelter Point. The Planned Project Is Aimed At Increasing Its Protective Properties And Adapting The Rooms For The Needs Of Organizing An Emergency Shelter.The Planned Scope Of Work Is To Reduce The Risk Of Glass Fragments, Improve Communication And Evacuation Safety, Ensure Proper Lighting And The Ability To Operate Basic Installations During A Power Outage. The Purchase Of A Generator With A Capacity Of Approximately 50 Kw Will Constitute An Element Of The Technical Infrastructure And Will Allow For Emergency Power Supply Of Key School Circuits, In Particular Lighting, Ventilation And Security Installations. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Invalidate The Tender Procedure If The Public Funds It Intended To Allocate To Finance All Or Part Of The Order Are Not Awarded.12.2.The Detailed Scope Of The Order Was Specified In Annex 8 To The Swz.
