Expression of Interest For Coaching Program For Logistics Companies In Serbia And Moldova

Expression of Interest for Coaching Program for Logistics Companies in Serbia and Moldova IFC intends to implement a structured coaching program aimed at strengthening the operational, managerial, and organizational capacity of logistics companies across the project countries. The coaching program responds to demand expressed by companies participating in the MoveUp Training Program, which highlighted the need for more practical and company-specific support to apply the knowledge and tools gained through the training. The coaching component is therefore envisaged as a logical extension of the MoveUp program, providing selected companies with targeted support to address concrete logistics and supply chain challenges identified within their operations.
