Passive Adaptation Works Of The Multi-Purpose Room.This Project Aims To Replace The Existing Roof And Improve The Energy Performance Of The Building Through Actions On The Thermal Envelope. The Intervention Includes The Removal Of The Fibrocement Cover And Its Replacement By A Sandwich Panel System With Better Insulation Performance, As Well As The Execution Of An External Thermal Insulation System (Sate) On The Perimeter Walls. Similarly, The Renovation Of The Openings Through The Incorporation Of Carpentry With Breaking Of The Thermal Bridge And Low Glass Emissive, Improving Airtightness And Reducing Energy Losses. The Proposed Actions Will Reduce The Energy Demand Of The Building, Increase The Internal Thermal Stability And Improve The Comfort Of The Users, Reinforcing The Sustainable And Efficient Character Of The Municipal Equipment.
