The Norwegian State Procurement Center Will Enter Into A New Joint Government Agreement For The Purchase Of Telephony Services, Which Will Replace The Current Agreement From May 2027. We Plan To Announce The Competition In Q4 2026. The Joint Agreement Will Give Government Enterprises Access To Modern, Cost-Effective And Robust Telephony Services That Support Digital Interaction, High Uptime And Secure Communication.The Procurement Is Divided Into Two Subcontracts, And We Enter Into Parallel Framework Agreements With One Supplier Per Subcontract:Part Contract 1 (Primary Supplier) Covers All The Services In The Agreement, Including Mobile Telephony, Fixed Telephony, Mobile Broadband, M2m/Iot, Company Network, Switchboard And Contact Centre.Part Contract 2 (Secondary Supplier) Includes Mobile Subscription, Mobile Broadband And M2m/Iot Over A Radio Access Network That Is Independent Of The Primary Suppliers. The Partial Contract Must Cover The Need For Coverage And Preparedness, And Call-Off Requires That The Conditions In The Requirements Specification Are Met.One Supplier Can Only Be Awarded One Partial Contract, And Suppliers Who Make An Offer For Partial Contract 1 Must Also Make An Offer For Partial Contract 2.
