The Subject Of The Public Procurement Includes The Provision Of Garbage Collection And Garbage Disposal Services For Household Waste Generated From The Settlements On The Territory Of The Municipality Of Ivanovo, To The Regional Landfill For Non-Hazardous, Inert And Hazardous Waste Of The Municipalities Of Ruse, Vetovo, Ivanovo, Slivo Pole And Tutrakan (Referred To As Regional Landfill - Ruse) Or To The Waste Treatment Facility/Installation Indicated By The Contracting Authority. The Activities Of Garbage Collection And Garbage Removal, Subject Of This Public Procurement, Have A Territorial Scope: All Settlements In The Municipality Of Ivanovo And Are In Compliance With The Requirements Of The Applicable Waste Management Legislation.The Number Of Receptacles For Household Waste During The Period Of Implementation Of This Public Procurement May Vary, According To The Delivered New And Scrapped Unsuitable Receptacles, Placement Of Additional Receptacles For Objects Put Into Operation, Disposition Of Receptacles For Newly Declared And Pre-Declared Objects And Properties.The Subject Of The Public Procurement Also Includes Cleaning Of Squares, Streets, Sidewalks And Other Public Places On The Territory Of All Settlements In The Municipality Of Ivanovo, Including Cleaning Of Street Lanes, Sidewalks And Other Public Places From Waste And Earth Masses, And Sweeping.The Following Activities Are Carried Out In The Populated Areas Of The Municipality Of Ivanovo: Machine Sweeping And Washing Of Streets, Squares And Other Areas For Public Use.A Detailed Description Of All Activities Included In The Subject Of The Order Is Contained In The Technical Specification Of The Contracting Authority.
