Separate Position No. 1 - Milk And Milk Products; Separate Item No. 2 - Meat And Meat Products; Separate Item No. 3 - Fish, Fish Products; Separate Position No. 4 - Eggs; Separate Item No. 5 - Oils And Fats; Separate Position No. 6 - Cereal Foods And Cereal-Based Foods; Separate Item No. 7 - Baskets; Separate Position No. 8 - Vegetables; Separate Position No. 9 - Vegetables; Separate Item No. 10 - Fruits; Separate Heading No. 11 – Salts, Spices And Seasoning Products; Separate Item No. 12 - Sugar, Sugar And Chocolate Products, Honeyseparate Position No. 13 - Nuts And Oilseeds; Separate Item No. 14- Delivery Of Various Food Products Produced In Accordance With The Requirements Of Regulation (Eu) 2018/848 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of May 30, 2018 On Organic Production And Labeling Of Organic Products And For The Repeal Of Regulation (Ec) No. 834/2007 Of The Council And Its Implementing Acts. Individual Items In The Order Valid For The Individual Value Of Each Of Them, Provided That The Value Of The Respective Individual Item Does Not Exceed 79,998.77 Euros (156,464 Bgn) For Supplies And The Total Value Of The Individual Items Awarded In This Way Does Not Exceed 20 Percent Of The Total Value Of The Order. In These Cases, Regardless Of The Residual Value Of The Order, It Is Awarded In The Order Applicable To The Total Value Of The Entire Order. Since The Estimated Value Of Each Of The Separate Items Op#12, Op#13 And Op#14 Is Below 25,564.59 Euros/50,000/Fifty Thousand/ Bgn Excluding Vat, They Fall Within The Scope Of Art. 20, Para. 4, Item 3 Of The Civil Code. In View Of The Above And On The Basis Of Article 21, Paragraph 6 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Separate Positions Op No. 12, Op No. 13, And Op No. 14 Will Be Awarded In Accordance With The Order Of Article 20, Paragraph 4, Item 3 Of The Public Procurement Act - By Direct Award. The Total Estimated Value Of The Above-Quoted Separate Items Is 24,430.00 Euros Excluding Vat, Which Is Less Than 20% Of The Total Estimated Value Of The Order.
