The Object Of This Public Procurement Is A Service Within The Meaning Of Art. 3, Para. 1, Item 3 Of The Civil Code. The Public Procurement Is Executable Under The Conditions Described In The Participation Documentation And The Technical Specification, And Includes The Following Activities:• Comprehensive Diagnosis Of Motor Vehicles;• Performance Of Car Maintenance Services, Which Includes: Basic And Routine Repair Of Cars Managed By Tp Dgs Stara Zagora, Car Servicing In Full Volume And Periodicity According To The Manufacturers Prescriptions Of The Respective Brand Of Motor Vehicle, Prevention, Diagnostics, Tinsmithing And Painting Activities;• Maintenance And Repair Of The Engine, Clutch, Gearbox, Handbrake, Cardan Transmission;• Maintenance And Repair Of The Front Axle, Steering, Rear Axle, Brake System, Suspension Of The Car;• Maintenance And Repair Of The Cars Electrical System, Fuel System And Air Conditioning System;• Technical Service And Repair Of The Vehicle Chassis And Adjustment Of The Front Axle;• Delivery And Installation Of Spare Parts And Accessories For Motor Vehicles At Prices According To The Price Offer Of The Contractor, Without A Surcharge, As The Delivered Spare Parts And Accessories Must Be Factory New And Original Or Equivalent For The Relevant Brand And Model Of Motor Vehicle And Meet The Quality Requirements And Standards In Force In The Republic Of Bulgaria And The European Union.A Complete Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Contained In The Technical Specification (Sample No. 5).
