Tenders Are Invited For Supply Of Brass And Galvanized Fittings, Compensators, Universal Fittings

1. The Principal Sends A Delivery Order To The Supplier In Writing By E-Mail. The Required Quantity, Price, Place Of Delivery And Other Necessary Information For Making The Delivery Are Specified In The Order.2. The Supplier Must, On The Day Preceding The Day Of Delivery Of The Goods, Contact The Contact Person Specified In The Order And Specify The Day And Time Of Delivery, As Well As The Vehicle.3. The Supplier Delivers Goods That Meet All The Requirements And Conditions Laid Down In This Contract And The Requirements Of The Current Bulgarian Legislation, Within The Delivery Period.4. The Deadline For Delivery Of The Goods From The Price Tables Is Up To 5 (Five) Working Days From The Date Of The Order By The Contracting Authority.5. The Supplier Undertakes, Upon Making Each Delivery, To Submit To The Contracting Authority The Documents, In Accordance With The Current Ordinance No. Rd-02-20-1 Of February 5, 2015 On The Conditions And Procedures For Placing Construction Products In The Construction Sites Of The Republic Of Bulgaria, As Well As Instructions For Use In The Bulgarian Language. Also, When Making Each Delivery, The Supplier Is Obliged To Submit All Other Applicable Documents Required In Accordance With The Legislation In Force In The Republic Of Bulgaria. Without Providing These Documents, The Employer Has The Right To Refuse Acceptance Of The Goods Or To Delay Or Refuse Payment To The Supplier Until Receipt Of The Above-Mentioned Documents.6. The Principal Accepts From The Supplier The Delivered Goods That Meet The Requirements Of The Contract, And The Parties Sign An Acceptance-Handover Protocol Without Objection. 7. In The Event That During The Delivery Of The Goods, Inconsistencies Of The Delivered Goods With The Requirements Of The Contract Are Found, The Contracting Authority Signs A Constitutive Protocol Without Accepting The Goods. 8. The Date On Which The Supplier Replaces The Goods Not Accepted Under The Previous Article With Those That Meet The Requirements Of The Contract, Will Be Considered The Date Of Delivery Of The Ordered Goods. In The Event That This Date Is After The Deadline For Delivery Of The Ordered Goods (Calculated From The Date Of The Order), The Supplier Owes A Penalty For Delay Under Article 1.2 Of Section C: Specific Conditions.9. In The Event Of Inconsistencies In Delivered Goods Established After Delivery, The Supplier Undertakes To Replace Them With Those That Meet The Requirements Of The Contract, Within 5 (Five) Working Days Of Written Notification By The Contracting Authority. In The Event Of Non-Compliance With The Deadline For Replacement Of Such Goods, Depending On The Delay, The Employer Shall Apply The Clauses Laid Down In Section C: Specific Conditions.
